Industries › Factories & production
Line stoppages nobody logged. Stations running short-manned through the afternoon. Changeovers that quietly take forty minutes. Your cameras already watched all of it.
Everything on this page is already built. What changes from site to site is your zones, your rules and your report — mapped once when we install, then left alone.
If what you need isn't listed here, it is usually a configuration rather than a new product. One platform, configured per industry, never forked into a different one — so an improvement made for another site reaches yours too.
The same frame, twice
One frame from an assembly line. On the left, what the recorder stores today. On the right, the same frame with the stations mapped and the people read.
What it measures
These run on the cameras you already own. Nothing here needs a new lens, a new cable or a change to the line.
Who is at which station, hour by hour, against the plan. The gap between the roster and the floor, measured rather than assumed.
No activity in a production window beyond your threshold. Catches the micro-stoppages that never reach the downtime log.
Total stopped time per shift, broken down by station. Your downtime Pareto, built from footage instead of memory.
Stoppage begins, and how long until someone arrives. Fifteen minutes, times every stoppage, times every shift.
Time between the last unit of one product and the first of the next. The classic hidden capacity.
Minutes from shift start to full manning, and how early the floor empties. Two lost half-hours a day.
Which station starves and which one is the bottleneck — so you know where adding one person actually helps.
Per station, aggregated. Reported at zone and shift level; never as a leaderboard of individuals.
Chemical stores, high-voltage panels, moving machinery. Entry raises an alert with a snapshot attached.
One person alone in a hazardous area, especially after hours. Real exposure, flagged in real time.
Drill timing and muster headcount, with video proof. Audit evidence most plants cannot otherwise produce.
An obstruction that lingers past your threshold. The thing that fails an audit on the day it happens.
On request
These need a detection model trained for your space or a link into your existing systems. We scope them per site, so the build matches how you actually operate.
Helmet, hi-vis, gloves, eye protection. Trained per item and per plant, because every floor’s rules differ.
Guarding breaches and proximity to moving equipment. Highest-severity safety item, and the most site-specific.
Units and OEE come from your PLC or MES, joined to what the camera saw on the floor at the same moment.
What arrives
On WhatsApp or email, with a live dashboard for whoever runs the floor and alerts the moment something needs attention.
Every line above is configurable. Thresholds, time windows, which events raise an alert and who receives it are set with you at install.
We will send back what it says — including an honest assessment of what your cameras can and cannot support. No site visit, no installation, no commitment, and no hardware needed for the trial.
