AI video analyticson the cameras you already own

Your cameras already see everything. Now they can tell you.

We connect to the recorder you already own and turn its footage into daily operating numbers and real-time alerts — without a single new camera.

Processing runs on one computer at your site. Your video never leaves the building.
Why it matters

Answers you can act on the same day.

Who came in

Real visitor counts by hour, with your own team taken out of the number.

What they did

Where people stopped, how long they stayed, which areas earn their space.

Where time is lost

Queues, waiting, idle stretches and delays — measured, not estimated.

What needs attention now

Alerts the moment something is wrong, with the snapshot attached.

How it works

Three steps. No camera changes.

01

Connect

One processing computer goes in at your site and links to your existing Hikvision, Dahua or CP Plus recorder.

02

Map your space

We define your zones once — entrance, counter, aisle, kitchen, dock, floor. Every measurement is anchored to them.

03

Receive the numbers

A daily report, a live dashboard for your manager, and alerts the moment something needs attention.

What you get

Yesterday's shift, before today's begins.

You do not have to log in to find out how the business ran. The numbers arrive where you already read messages.

  • Daily report on WhatsApp or email, before the next shift opens
  • Live dashboard for the owner and the person in charge on the floor
  • Exception alerts in real time, with a snapshot attached
  • Monthly scorecard and multi-site roll-up on identical definitions

What the system reads

The same measurements, in any business.

What changes between one industry and the next is which of these matter — not the software underneath.

Where it applies

Anywhere a camera is already pointing.

Also configured for petrol pumps, showrooms, jewellery, gyms, hotels and service branches — configured per industry, not rebuilt for it.

Why operators choose us

Four things we do differently.

Retrofit, not replacement

We work with the cameras and recorder you already paid for. Nothing is moved or re-cabled.

One platform, many industries

Configured to your business, not forked into a different product. An improvement made for one operator reaches every other.

Your video stays on site

Processing runs on one computer inside your building — footage never leaves it. No bandwidth bill, and built for the DPDP Act.

We measure before we promise

Accuracy is proven on your own footage first, and we tell you where it falls short.

The easiest way to find out

Send us two hours of your footage.
We will send back what it says.

No site visit, no installation, no hardware and no commitment — the trial runs on our machines, not yours. We analyse a busy shift from your own cameras and return a findings report, including an honest assessment of what your setup can and cannot support.

Questions

The things operators ask first.

What does my site need?

Three things, and you already have two of them. Your cameras — the CCTV already installed, nothing added or re-cabled. One computer — a processing machine with a graphics card at your site, supplied by you to our specification or sourced by us. A connection — ordinary broadband, for reports and alerts only. The video itself never leaves your premises.

Which recorders and cameras do you work with?

Hikvision, Dahua and CP Plus recorders, which covers the large majority of installations in India. If your recorder is something else, send us a sample and we will tell you honestly whether we can read it.

Where does my footage go?

Nowhere. Processing happens on the computer inside your building, so the video never travels. Only the resulting numbers and the occasional alert snapshot leave the site. Signage, consent and retention controls are set up as standard, in line with the DPDP Act.

How accurate is it, really?

That depends on your cameras — angle, height, lighting and resolution all matter. Which is why we measure before we promise: we run your own footage first and return a findings report that states plainly what your setup can and cannot support.

What can it not do?

We report what cameras can genuinely see. That does not include inventory accuracy, damage, proof of theft, audio or fire. Reporting is at zone and shift level by default rather than per individual.

How do we start?

Send two hours of footage from a busy shift. We analyse it on our machines — no site visit, no installation, no commitment — and return a findings report showing what your cameras can tell you. If it is useful, we talk about installing.
